Welcome to the Android team! We’re happy to have you here! Throughout your apprenticeship, we’ll take you from beginner Android knowledge to being able to contribute to our production application. You’ll also get to see what it’s like to work in this industry and what it’s like to work here at Banno: where we take our work seriously but not ourselves.
You will be working closely with a mentor though several learning modules listed below. Your mentor will meet with you frequently and be your goto for any questions or problems.
If your mentor is not around (or if you’re sick of talking to the same person), there are plenty of other people on the Android team who can help you. The #team-android Slack channel is a great place for any Android questions you may have.
To start, feel free to read over the modules below as a preview of what you’ve gotten yourself into. Otherwise, your mentor will be going through it with you!
