Training Videos
Banno is unique in that it has the feel of a startup but the support of a large company (aka Jack Henry). The downside of working under a large company is having to complete their corporate trainings… Don’t worry, the amazing acting acting keeps them interesting :)
The trainings can be located in your Jack Henry University. As shown in the screenshot below, go to the dropdown near the top of the page that says “Learning” and click on the “View Your Transcript” option.
This will take you to a page that shows all the corporate trainings you need to complete.
You’ll notice that the trainings aren’t due for a while, so you definitely don’t need to finish them all at once. This is where you can chat with your mentor to figure out how to work the trainings into your schedule in a way that’s best for you.
Policies
Similar to the training videos, you’ll have a slew of policies to review within a certain timeframe. To do so, log into your policy center with your Jack Henry credentials. At your own pace, review policies by going over each one and checking a box.
