Wellness Credit Health Screenings

As many of you have seen, the Wellness Credit for 2020 requires a biometric screening for both associates and any spouse/domestic partners who qualify. For those who did not receive this communication, a PDF with most of the following information can be found on Sharepoint. As there have been concerns about how to get these screenings, we’re running down the steps here for those who need some guidance in completing these screenings and getting their 2020 credit.

First and foremost, the options are the same as they’ve been for associates: Attend an in-office health screening, get a screening from your physician, or go to an approved off-site lab.

Spouses and domestic partners have access to the latter two options.

Anyone looking to schedule a health screening, whether on-site or with their physician, can visit the eHealthScreening site and log in with their credentials. Spouses and domestic partners have their own credentials. If anyone attempting to access the site has not logged in before, they can register with the key in your email.

Selecting the option for Physician Screening will give you access to the form your physician will need to fill out and send in. The easiest way to do this is to have them fax the completed form to 210-767-2245.

As preventative care, there should be no cost incurred on this screening, though your physician may request additional tests. These will not be required to complete the screening for the wellness credit.
