CMS Accepted Files/Assets

  • JPG - can be placed in CMS content areas
  • PNG - can be placed in CMS content areas
  • GIF - can be placed in CMS content areas
  • PDF - can be linked to via button/link to open in a new page

Uploading Assets

When uploading new images/assets to the CMS, it is recommended to:

  • Reference FI style guide for asset dimensions/file types
  • Sort CMS Assets using labels. Name labels according to file style (ex. Hero) and asset dimensions (ex. 1600x500px).
  • Add a “description” for each to maintain ADA compliance
  • Crop/resize/compress images (.jpg + save for web option) outside of the CMS with an application such as Photoshop prior to uploading. Keep files size below 300kb.

If a client does not have access to Photoshop or a similar application for resizing/editing images, feel free to recommend a few tools that may be helpful:

Assets provided/purchased by JHA during the design phases are intended to be used ONLY on an FI’s JHA website and not for any other purposes (print materials, external marketing, etc.), due to our licensing agreement.
