1.) I removed the old kernel code

2.) I added the only tag needed to associate the olb login.

Example of code to add:

3.) I reviewed the dynamic ads that were placed to make sure they were ok.  If they were not already placed, I placed them in as I thought they went by looking at their old kernel code to see what was previously set up.

-Hero Ad - Had to rework the CSS a bit to make this area easier to access/see in the CMS.
-Sub Ad - No issues.
