Contract Explanations
Current Term Expiration:
- If a FI reaches out asking about when their current contract expires, the "Term & Termination" can be found under the Standard Terms and Conditions" section of the contract. "Implementation Date" = Launch Date

- New Banno Contract Example:
- The Launch Date can be found in Slate:

- The Initial Term, Renewal Term, and Current Term Expiration can also be found in Slate by clicking the "Contract" link.

- If the Current Term expiration date is incorrect in Slate, or the Current Term Expiration date has past, and the bank has not sent a termination letter. You can recalculate based on their Term conditions in their contract.
- For example, this bank:

- Their initial term agreement was for 5 years and will automatically renew for an additional 5 years unless they send a notice of termination 90 days prior to end of term.
- Their Launch Date was 8/5/2015:

- Their initial 5 year term ended on 8/5/2020, so their Current Term Expiration date needs to be updated in Slate to be 8/5/2025.

- For example, this bank:
- If the FI submits notification of termination - Link is coming soon!
- If a FI reaches out asking about when their current contract expires, the "Term & Termination" can be found under the Standard Terms and Conditions" section of the contract. "Implementation Date" = Launch Date

FAQ’s:
Client Requested Contracts.
- If a client requests a copy of their contract, make sure it’s signed before sending to client. If it’s not signed, send an email to Emily Gershbein - EGershbein@jackhenry.com for a signed version.
What to send to Sales vs What to send on as an addendum
- If a client is wanting to add a new product, this always goes to sales.
- For example, adding banno marketing, DQM, contentwriting/seo
- Another example is an older client adding a SSL (if they don’t already have an existing SSL)
- Examples of what can be an addendum:
- Adding a multi-domain cert/adding another domain to their existing cert
- This just updates their monthly payment so it’s an adjustment on their contract billing.
- If a client is wanting to add a new product, this always goes to sales.
