The Curry Team will have 2 individuals on call each week for firefighting responsibilities. There will be a primary firefighter and a secondary/backup firefighter.
Every Monday the primary firefighter is rotated out depending on the PagerDuty scheduling, and the secondary firefighter is rotated quarterly. If the firefighter is to be contacted through Slack for a general question the use of @curry-firefighter is the best way to do this.
In the case of an emergency or urgent case please use /pd-curry to page the primary firefighter through PagerDuty.

General Questions
For general questions on issues it is best to contact the firefighter through use of one of the Curry channels, #prod-content, #prod-monitor, #prod-marketing, #org-curry. However, for a faster response @curry-firefighter is the handle that will ping the firefighter directly without creating an incident in PagerDuty.
