Requesting docs from ECS
HelpCenter is the home for documentation going forward, and as such anything we document must be sent to ECS to update. They will make the changes to their documentation and include it in their monthly documentation cadence. Note that due to work planning and cadence, new work may not make it onto the current month’s workload and can take up to two months to be added to the HelpCenter.
How it works
The [https://banno-jha.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/DOC/boards/469?search=permission](ECS Jira Board) is where all documentation requests should go, but you’ll need to add a few things to ensure new cards are visible on the board:
- The name of the card must begin with
Webhelp: - The card must be assigned to Skylar Monsees
You should include any relevant information, including slack channels or project folders, and link to our cards and any relevant product cards. Ensure you always state who the product manager is for the feature that needs documenting, as the team will get most of their information from said product manager.
