Below you will find an outline of the Banno Engineering organization’s career tracks. Career tracks are divided into Individual Contributor and Manager tracks. Each track parallels and is complimentary to the other.
You progress along the track by developing skills that map to the various roles. Tracks are not a permanent destination. One can switch between the Individual Contributor and the Manager track as their preference for a role changes.
Below the outlines is a graphic that visually shows how the various roles align with each other and how one might progress along the track as their skillset grows.
