Creating Expense Reports

Most full time employees at Banno are given a JHA credit card. Generally, this is used for travel expenses (including conferences) or lunches with prospective clients. Any time you use your corporate credit card, you must complete an expense report to be reimbursed for the money spent. If you fail to do so, you may not be reimbursed and the cost of your purchases will be your personal responsibility! Creating an expense report is simple:

  • Go to https://jackhenry.sharepoint.com/sites/jhatoday/
  • Under the Tools and Info heading, go to Finance (FSCM).
  • Sign in with your Jack Henry credentials.
  • Make sure you are in the Employee tab.
  • You can view all your credit card transactions in My Wallet.
    • From here, you should add scans any relevant receipts to your transactions via the paperclip icon. If you booked travel through the JHA Travel team you can get your receipt from TripCase.
  • Click Create/Modify Expense Report.
  • Click Add New Value. Your employee ID should be filled in, so click Add.
  • Click My Wallet and select your transactions.
  • Fill out the form appropriately, including the Business Purpose, Report Description, and Comments.
  • Hit Summary and Submit in the upper right corner, then confirm both times.
