jSource training

jSource##

jSource is JHA’s software system used for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It is the main place to maintain all client and customer data. jSource can be used to create, track, and manage jSource cases to request setup and handle issues for FIs, as well as many other tasks to manage products and client relationships.

jSource Training

Visit Jack Henry University to complete the training required to use jSource. The required courses are

  • jSource 100 - JHA Customer Relationship Management
  • jSource 105 - Navigation for the JHA Employee
  • jSource 110 - jSource Customer-Product Basics
  • jSource 200 - Customer Support Process
  • jSource 205 - jSource Navigation for Support
  • jSource 210 - Customer Support Basic Functions
  • jSource 215 - Customer Support Additional Functions
  • jSource 218 - Partner-Vendor Portal

Expect 1-2 full days to complete all of the courses. The 200-level courses require approval from the person listed as your supervisor under Bio in your LMS profile. An email will be sent to that person automatically when you click to register for a 200-level course.
