Referral Bonus Policy

Digital Engineering is offering up to a $2,000 referral bonus if you refer someone and they are hired.

Who can participate?

  • All active, full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the program.
  • Any individuals that are involved in the hiring process, or oversee the position, may refer somone to the position. However, they are NOT eligible to be entered into the referral drawing for that position.
  • Employees must be an active employee when the referral is hired. Individuals on leave of Absence or Short-Term Disability may be paid out when they return to work.

Referral Criteria

  • Your referral may not be a contractor or current or former Associate of Jack Henry.
  • You may not refer someone who has appliced to or been referred to a position or our talent community within the last 6 months or are active in any job opening.
    • Once submitted, your referral will remain an active referral of yours for 6 months for any position at Jack Henry in which they apply.
    • After 6 months, another Associate may refer this individual. You may also refer them again if you find a new position that aligns.
  • You must submit your Referral prior to them applying to the position in order to receive credit.
    • If your referral has already applied to the position, you will not be able to submit.
    • If you have a dated text message or email indicating you referred someone prior to applying, we will accept the criteria for the payout.
  • Referrals that apply for a position must meet the Minimum Qualifications listed on the job posting in order to be sent to the hiring manager for review.
    • Salary, location, willingness to travel, or other factors based on parameters set forth by the Hiring Manager may also be cause for rejection.
    • Referrals that don’t meet the criteria for the specific position, will be notified & rejected.
    • Please Note: Referring Candidates and/or meeting qualifications of the position does not guarantee an interview. The hiring manager determines who to interview.
  • All referrals made by Jack Henry Associates must come from personal contacts/connections and not through any recruiting/staffing agency.
  • Due to contractual agreements, referrals may not be employed by any customer or partner of Jack Henry’s.
    • Although individuals that work for our customers may be eligible for employment. They must remain unsolicited and undergo a process if they decide to apply on their own.

How to submit a referral

  • You’ll need to enter the Aventure Referral Dashboard which can be found on JHA Today homepage.
  • Oncce you are in the dashboard, you will be able to review open positions available for Referrals to be submitted to.
  • If you find a position to which you would like to refer someone to, you will submit the Referral by providing their contact information and resume, as well as completing the required questions.
  • Your referral will receive an email notifying them that they have been referred and can complete an application at that time if they choose.
