Hi there, we are the infrastructure team(s). We work with you, our development and operations groups to plan, build, and support our digital infrastructure platforms. Our responsibilities are everything from build & deploy pipelines, observability tools, datastores, load balancers, system orchestration, infrastructure architecture and much more.
Being aligned with our engineering organization is crucial to our success. Within the Banno eco-system our staff has been reaching out to teams to spend time in the development team’s standup and weekly planning meetings. These team injections run for two weeks at a time and are a great opportunity to form and strengthen our relationships with you our customer. We get to hear directly and consistently about our successes and failures. If you’d like to know more about this program or make sure your team is included in the rotation please reach out to John Halbert.

- To maintain our infrastructure in a manner where it is able to support development and product initiatives that make up our public roadmap.
If you have a critical issue or emergency please use PagerDuty to page us.
ie. service degredation or complete platform service disruption.
We triage non-critical questions and requests in Slack at #org-infrastructure and for IS in Teams at #org-infra-lakitu. These channels operate asyncronously and while we would like to respond as quickly as possible to everything, the reality is that frequently we cannot. We ask that you first bring up your infrastructure related questions within your own team before reaching out. Our goal is to help your teams and the best way is by enabling your team. Helping you build up the expertise and experience as a team to be able to self-service wherever possible. PRs are welcome!!!

Our work
