Corporate Tech Services(TS) manages pieces of the JHA data center infrastructure on which we rely. A few engineers from Banno’s Infrastructure team are notified to approve changes TS considers to be significant. TS maintains their own list to categorize changes and define when approval is required. Any change from TS that could reasonably be considered to cause downtime or negatively impact production systems is sent to approvers@banno.com. Similarly any production change or deploy initiated by Banno staff is sent to approvers@banno.com. In the email include a brief summary of the change, impact and time. An email approval response from two approvers is needed. Respond to the same email thread with a followup after it has been deployed.
