Customer Networks
To lookup the translation of customer IP to jConnect compatible IP, you’ll need a few things.
- Logged into VPN
- access to https://arch.jhatechservices.com/nat_lookup/
- Customer jConnect ID
- Customer network information
Open up jsource and lookup the jsource customer ID. Customer 360 view > search by customer name or location > locate ID.
Open up Network Arch and enter customer ID.
Locate the customer’s networks if listed and find the corresponding jConnect network.
Networks typically translate 1-1. ie. 10.1.1.74 <-> to 10.60.64.74
