The Centurion division helps FIs test site disaster recovery. On a regular basis the FI will test out moving services to the Centurion recovery site. As part of this validation some clients request a communications test for each of the products installed at the FI. If the FI uses jXchange this testing would be done by the jxchange team, however, if the client is an in-house Symitar customer orthey’ll need help from us to test. Essentially what we need to do this test is the jConnect IP of the core system. The Centurion team should be able to do this. While this system is available to test our infrastructure team can iniate a TCP test to validation successful communication paths exist. We will not be able to provide a fully validated application call to the system at this point in time.
