The market we serve
JHA provides Banno to community banks and credit unions of asset sizes $X million to $X billion. Our primary focus is on JHA core (Silverlake, Core 20/20, CoreDirector, Episys) customers.
We also target non-core customers, commonly referred to as “outside-the-base” customers. The ProfitStars division sells an aggregation version of Banno Mobile as well as our Content Management System (CMS), Marketing, and website monitoring products.
Community financial institutions (FIs) compete with each other, larger regional and national banks, and the thousands of fintech services disrupting their ability to hold deposits and make loans. We believe that community FIs compete on personal service and that with Banno they can bring personal service to their digital channels.
We believe the world is a better place with community banks and credit unions. Community FIs support local economies by lending to small businesses, farmers, home buyers and motorcoach enthusiasts.
