Product Maintenance Calendar
There are multiple links that all point to the same source of data called the “Product Maintenance Calendar”.
- Internal PMC (requires VPN or to be on a JHA network).
- ForClients calendar. Customers and employees with access (such as Support) generally access the calendar through this link, but it points to the same set of events as the Internal calendar.
Change Enablement Calendar
There is a different calendar in ServiceNow that lists 2 types of events.
- a subset of customer-facing maintenance (see NOTE below for more details)
- internal maintenance that is not customer-facing/impacting (e.g. deployment tooling, lower environment changes, techsrv cores,…)

There is a new maintenance schedule project to publish all product maintenance into an ITSM for consumption an awareness of our clients. This will replace the publishing of events to the for clients portal. As a result this page may be deprecated in the near future. 2024-01-12 Eli
I spoke to the maintainer of that new CE Calendar, Scott Benson. He confirmed it is not showing all customer-facing events at this point. The PMC is still the primary place to check for outages and timeframes communicated to customers. – 2024-01-22 Brandon Annin
