How to engage with the team
To communicate directly with the Online Team it is best to start with the #org-online Slack channel. The whole team is active in this channel and will respond to any questions or comments.
Incase of an emergency or when in need of a quick response it is best to use the @online-firefighter handle to ping the engineer that is firefighter that week. Please see the firefighter documentation for more info if needed.
Jira is another form of communication with the team. In most cases this would only be used if a member from another team discovered a bug or perhaps has some changes that need to be done to the product. I new Jira ticket would be created and placed on the teams working board.
